a lot of people don’t like seafood but i LOVE seafood! so here’s a great recipe for those of you who want shrimp but don’t have a lot of time :)
-24 large frozen shrimp - peeled and ready of course
-1/2 C chopped spinach leaves
-flavors! no salt garlic seasoning, a dash of hot…

honestly, your body doesn’t give a shit about what you want it to do. it’s soul purpose will always be to keep you alive. it does not care if you look “attractive”, that is a psychological fabrication, it cares about keeping your heart pumping, your brain and vital organs functioning and keeping everything protected.
if you choose to run a marathon, your body will respond by shunting all of your blood and oxygen to your vital organs. you may notice that after a vigorous workout your hands may feel chilly while your head is sweating balls, this is because your body is keeping your brain working at max capacity during this time of controlled stress. similarly, if you stop eating enough your body will conserve everything and anything it can. it will start to eat itself, starting with the muscle tissue (because it is the easiest to break down).
next it will use the fat and then slowly begin to slow down all “lesser” body processes such as hair and nail growth, skin reproduction, bone growth, ect. the last thing it wants to do is have your heart stop and your brain shut down. so when you think about the fact that the average human needs around 1200-1400 calories per day just to keep their basic body systems functioning properly, it scares the shit out of me to think that many people are eating that much as well as working their asses off at the gym for 3 hours.
i have been there people. it does not feel good to waste away. it is not attractive. it is not healthy. do yourself a favor and listen to your body on this one, it thinks you are the bees knees just for being alive. it is much kinder than the brain, which seeks unrealistic perfections. live, laugh, love, eat, sweat, sex.

Yeah, fast food burgers & fries don’t decompose like normal one’s do. And nothing to preserve it, was added. So what exactly are you eating when you buy a McDonald’s burger or a Burger King one…? Imagine what this does to your stomach.
I haven’t had McD’s for 2 years, and I’ll never will. O.o
